Hi, We’re Neal & Diane Arnold.

We are passionate about restoring individuals, families, and marriages by using lessons from our personal crises and professional know-how. 

With 42 years of marriage, three sons, three daughter-in-laws, and 5 amazing grand-kinds —we’ve overcome tragedies most never survive. Together, we’re a poster couple for taking what the enemy meant for evil and using it for good.

Diane is a Licensed Professional Counselor with family and marriage counseling specialties. With an expertise in overcoming trauma and betrayal, she’s a certified EFT and EMDR therapist. Her work is published and shows remarkable results. 

As a successful executive in the financial industry, Neal is adept at helping souls prosper as they mend wounds and reach something greater.

We created The Family Collective to help everyone realize their fullest potential and transform lives around the world.

JAKE AND KATIE ARNOLD

Katie and Jake Arnold met at Iris Ministries in Mozambique in the summer of 2014. Shortly after, they fell in love and dated long distance for 4 years before they married in May of 2018. Together, they enjoy renovating their new home, camping with friends, and spending time outdoors with their dog.
Jake and Katie work to share their experiences as newlyweds in building married life together as one. Jake also desires to help build men to walk in their healthy role in the family unit.

THE SAVAGE FAMILY

Josh and Maria Savage have been married nearly 20 years and call Salt Lake City home where they raise their 3 boys, Jonah 15, Lukah 10 and Koah 3. Josh is a former NFL player who retired in 2009 after a 5-year career where he played for Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans and New Orleans Saints. Josh currently works in the spine medical device field as a sales representative since 2013. Maria has the absolute joy of being a full time stay at home Momma. She believes it is one of her greatest honors and delights in the nurturing and raising of their boys into becoming God fearing men. In addition to being a full time Momma, Maria has been part of several ministries, nationally and within Utah, aiming towards uniting the Bride through worship and prayer. Josh has led several men’s groups over the past 8 years with the purpose of truly knowing their personal identity in Christ and creating a vulnerable environment to allow the Holy Spirit to move and transform men.

Together, Josh and Maria have been a part of TFC (The Family Collective) for the past 5 years joining Neal and Diane’s passion for Gods heart and His blueprint for marriages and families. They both feel it is by the power of their personal testimony that has ignited a Holy fire within them to stand on Gods promises and fight for marriages after their own journey through struggles.

RACHEL ALMEIDA

Rachel is a young lady who grew up in church as a pastor’s kid. Living in Brazil, Rachel has walked through the process of uncovering her identity in Christ. As a teacher and youth leader, she helps young women face the many challenges life throws their way and help them have their identity restored.

She is passionate about people and connections and loves serving God in whatever purpose He has for her. She has been a part of The Family Collective right from the beginning and she is passionate about the mission.

THE morais FAMILY

Suely and Vitor, who live in Brazil, believe that families are a manifestation of God's love.

They are dedicated to counseling and taking care of people, which is a true passion for both. Suely is particularly passionate about parenting and promoting healthy families, while Vitor focuses on teaching how biblical teachings influence daily life and interpersonal relationships.

The Family Collective embodies everything they believe in and dedicate their lives to.

The McFarlin Family

If you’re eager to connect with a Godly couple who will help you establish a healthy home life that produces leaders, then The McFarlin Family is for you. Jeff and Morgan were married at a young age and are currently raising three young children. They were both raised in family centered households that taught children to be accountable. These life-long Texans balance their professional careers while successfully helping others.
